Since 2005, Davies International has been approved by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) to store ambient pharmaceutical products for both Human and Animal use.

Davies International has its own Quality System consisting of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) as well as further Quality Systems that comply with GDP/GMP. We have held our own WDL/WDA since 2007 and clients can simply agree to a Technical Agreement and add our company as a storage site on their own licence.

Listed below are main areas that are included within our SOP’s

• Our warehouse is fully temperature mapped and monitored via radio linked temperature probes to a main PC, which immediately highlights temperature deviations. Our system also calculates Mean Kinetic Temperatures so we can ensure that products are not exposed in areas that fall outside the required temperature parameters.
• Full pest control
• Full internal cleaning procedures
• Quarterly Audits performed by the person responsible to maintain quality
• Ongoing training for all staff
• Dummy recalls for product traceability

Davies International can store controlled drugs on site and holds licences with the Home Office for products classified as Schedule 4 & 5.
